We'll organize and maintain all your transaction details into a Quickbooks file that you may review at anytime. Marketing
In villages and small towns, your reputation is your brand? Do people know you, trust you, and think you're a great value? Great. Let's leverage that and grow your business. Not sure? All the more reason to have a plan. Marketing is a process that unfolds over time. It's about connecting with your customers. Planning
The old adage "No one plans to fail, but many fail to plan" is as true today as it was decades ago. You may have launched your business on the wings of talent, but forgot to consider something critical. We'll help you thoughtfully build a plan that considers finances, branding, customers, staffing, sales, inventory, and perhaps your exit strategy. Bid Management
Does your business depend on bids to secure jobs? We know preparing a bid takes time, and if you have 3 or 4, you may end up throwing a number out there that is based on "gut" more than analysis. We work with you to screen jobs, gather facts, and prepare a bid data sheet for your review. We factor in your past experience, looking at performance, profitability and market data to ensure each bid you deliver reflects a thoughtful analysis of the opportunity. Nonmember Price: $150/hr. Nonprofit Fundraising Support
Nonprofits are among our most cherished establishments, and yet they are increasingly under pressure to compete for philanthropic support. Fundraising is a nuanced activity where staffing, planning, budgeting, and operations are key components to building a sustainable program. New Growth Partners works with Boards of Directors to enhance their efficacy, identify priorities, hone messaging, recruit new members, and help develop clear path forward. Nonmember Price: $150/hr. Web Mangement

At the core of your business are people executing functions. NGP will work with you to find greater efficiencies, opportunities, and problems that may have become patterns that you my not see. Staffing / Talent
Could you use an apprentice? How about help on the floor, or in the back office? Business owners know that recruiting, training, and managing people is very time intensive. We'll help identify your staffing priorities, develop job descriptions, and help recruit and train the help you need. Nonmember Price: $150/hr. Member Price: $100/hr.
Budgeting
Every business spends money - from acquiring equipment, paying people and taxes, to keeping the lights on and the office warm. We'll help you prepare a budget that reflects your business priorities and goals as well as other factors that affect your expenses and revenue. Depending on your needs, we'll create several scenarios (including best, worst, and realistic cases) from which you will be able to make well-informed decisions about your business.
